Business Traveler
There was a shuttle bus from hotel to the convention centre. Also it was easy to go to the outlet malls by I-ride trolley. There are many restaurants around as well as inside the resort.

Great location. Lots of places to eat or shop close to the hotel. The place is too big. Distances between some rooms and lobby is far. Few on site places to eat and the ones on premise are far from room and expensive. Room services prices are expensive and have a 19% service charge plus a $2 delivery. The battery in my door went out so we couldn't get in. Security warned us to watch our bags while maintenance replaced the battery. The room smelled of mildew. Our second night, I got a different room, but someone removed a bottle of wine from the room. Coffee maker didn't work in first room, bedside lamp didn't work in second room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms need to be updated. The bathroom was not cleaned and the room had an old smell.

The hotel's lobby is nice and shiny, however when I arrived at 11 PM it took me 10-15 minutes in the queue to the registration desk. The actual room turned out to be an old and outdated motel room, which I could find elsewhere. Overall, a disappointment: old room and no free internet and no Wi-Fi, and a LAN cable is required to use their internet, it is rented by the hotel for 10 dollars. ...read more

Perhaps it was good in its day but that day is long past. Rooms are dirty, malfunctioning, malodorous and really tacky.
